OPINSTAR is a service of organicer gmbh, based in Zurich. organicer gmbh is the data controller under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR for data processed on opinstar.com.

Authentication & access

Internal systems are accessed via personal accounts with strong passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication. The principle of least privilege applies.

Hosting & infrastructure

The website runs on a globally distributed edge platform. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Backend functions run in a managed serverless environment with platform-level audit and access logs.

Data collection & use

We collect only the data needed to operate the website, handle requests and deliver contractual services. Details and legal bases are described in the privacy policy.

Subprocessors & integrations

We rely on carefully selected providers for hosting, database, email and analytics. They process data solely on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect personal data. A current list is available to business customers on request.

We use strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

Retention & deletion

Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. On request, we delete data in accordance with applicable law.

Incidents & reporting

Please report suspected security issues or vulnerabilities confidentially by email. We acknowledge receipt promptly and work responsibly on a fix.
